[Minor] Error in the tooltip of Relic Shield line

When hovering over the "Gold Quest" icon that is above your health and mana bars, it says that the Relic Shield line is upgraded upon reaching 650 gold earned. However it now takes 750 gold, as detailed when hovering over the actual item. Not a big deal obviously, but should probably be changed for clarity's sake.
