No Rewards When you level up?

I just recently level'd up from Lvl 33 -> Lvl 34 expected to receive an reward. However, I received nothing. I am concerned that if I continue to play I will continue to receive nothing.

I tired to logout and log back in to ensure that it wasn't a missed prompt, still nothing.

This doesn't seem to an isolated event, when can this be fixed and will everyone affected by this bug still received the reward/rewards that were not given?
