Teemo ult ward glitch [GAMEPLAY]

Whenever a ward expires next to a Teemo mushroom, it will detonate as if it were an enemy unit. Even if it is a friendly ward. The specific location where I encountered this bug was in the top lane bush closest to red team's outer turret. If this has already been patched, disregard this report.
