Game Crash

Started a Normal Draft, Bans and picks went through. Right before loading into Summoner's Rift I get disconnected to the bug splat. Sent report tried to reconnect, bug splat popped back up. Tried fresh install that didn't work. used hextech repair tool to, that didn't work. checked a few other things and still the same thing. Any Ideas?

Also my brother is able to play and not have an issues at this time.
