when you buy these items (devourer and typhoon claws) , typhoon's passive will be disabeled when you reach 30 staks on devourer , so yeah . its a bit confusing . i wanted to make the greatest vayne but didnt work .

I'd like to add that Aatrox's W passive does not proc with the typhoon claws... but as soon as you get sated devourer it will. There still is no typhoon animation.

i was wondering why i wasnt noticing anything. Tried this on shyv but didnt notice anything at all.

item 3652 and item 3932 both have the same passive, no wonder they don't work THEY HAVE UNIQUE PASSIVES. Read item passive names first before jumping to conclusions.
