League of Legends Crash Log (10:06pm, January 24th 2020) - Pastebin.com

Hello. As of today (January 24th, 2020), I am unable to load in to a League game. I can get into champ select, but when the League of Legends (TM) Client pops up, it immediately says "not responding", and I get the, "A critical error has occured" message.

I have tried initiating a full repair, reinstalling League 3 times, using the Hextech Repair Tool, restarting my PC, checking for driver updates, adding League to the list of things that bypass my firewall, and ticking both the public and private box on the firewall. It feels like nothing is working, and It's starting to frustrate me.

League was PERFECTLY fine yesterday; there were no problems whatsoever, and now my client is broken. If anybody has a solution they can share to this discussion, It would be greatly appreciated. I have provided my crash Log as a pastebin file: https://pastebin.com/hi21tyZR.

Edit: Weird, my pastebin file was deleted. Here's a new one: https://pastebin.com/ZniAUiMW

Yes. I have been also getting either bug splats or black screen when launched.

I have found one thing that seems to help -- this was reported by another player in a thread earlier that is now buried somewhere.

I set my Windows 10 compatibility settings for LoL to XP SP3. This causes some odd things (like a confirmation window that opens when I launch league) but the black screens and bugsplats are gone.

Riot -- fix your client bugs. Everyone else - hope this helps you.
