Xin Zhao No longer Knocks up! Gameplay Issue

Beware. Xin's three-talon strike, or his q as most have it set to, no longer knocks up anything other than the scuttle crab. Thus, pre-6 ganks are almost impossible unless you plan on just giving aid in terms of damage as you no longer have any form of CC until your ult. Beware all.

Reproducing: Press Q (or whatever you have Three-talon strike set to) and do the 3 Auto Attacks. You will find that they only knock up the scuttle crab. There are no slows or any form of CC to prevent the minion's next AA motion. Good luck!
