We Cant Start Cause U Might Be Offline

Client isnt responding cause i might be offline even though everything is is working and when i restart my Client its the same problem and and restart my PC and its the same problem as well and i repaired it but its still telling me that am offline and that i cant log in. and also sometimes i cant play it would be Off like grey

is there a solution to this problem?
