Chroma-bug

For the past.. Well, since I can remember, whenever I play with a chroma-skin, and the game ends, and I re-pick the same champion for next game, the skin has reset. I have to Re-pick the skin AND the chroma as well. Works both in Legacy and New Client. Rito please?
