[GAMEPLAY] TAHM KENCH W HEAL BUG

Currently there seems to be a bug going on with the new hero Tahm Kench and the summoner spell . If you use your w on an allied champion, for example Vayne and she leaves him early , the summoner spell is automatically cast by Tahm Kench. This does not activate the cooldown of the summoner spell.
