Bugsplat getting out of hand.

I have always had an issue with the bugsplat scenario but I have recently been placed in the lower priority queue on behalf of bug splat. I use to get it maybe once out of a handful of games but now it's every other game and it takes roughly six min before I am able to get into the game. Of course, the system counts it as if I am absent out of trollish intent. That's not the case and this 20 min wait time because of the bug splat issue is really breaking me to the point of just giving up playing. I have tried reinstalling and other trouble solution none of which have worked.
