[Crash]Windows 10 and tabbing while in champion loading screen

So recently, windows 10 came out and was downloaded and installed onto my computer, and i found out that when i tab out while on the champ screen, whether to chck something or change some settings, when i come back to it, its a black screen with a loading cursor, and then my laptop says, "Application has been blocked from using Graphics hardware and etc" and bugsplats. I am able to go back into the game but only when everyone else has loaded in. Not sure if others have noticed this problem or not, or if its even a problem to be dealt with.
