[GAMEPLAY] New Cho'gath E not popping Banshee's Veil

Per the title, Cho'gath's E does not pop Banshee's Veil. I can't remember if it did before the changes. But even if it didn't, with the way it works now, it seems like it should. Not sure how it interacts with other spell shields.
