This is my first post so here we go.

As Kindred Build Statik Shiv
Charge Shiv to 100 stacks
Use "Wolfs Frenzy" ability
Attack anything inside the radius of Wolfs Frenzy to Activate Statik Shiv and cause the glitch

As you can see there is a rapid flashing in the area affected by Wolfs Frenzy and my roommate who is epileptic says this gave him headaches. (He did not seize) but I still believe this should be looked at and Fixed.

PS. The flashing seems to appear worse in "Fog of War"

Not sure if talking about the same thing, but every now and then wolf's blue field will "flicker" Proabably not the item 3087 thing you're talking about, but it stills annoys me when it happens, and it happens often enough to make you notice at least 3 or 4 times early game (not so much late game when you're focused on team fighting though)

Another thing I noticed is this occurs when two kindreds use their W overlapping.

Their W in general the black circle seems to flicker horribly most of the time. It's really distracting and difficult to look at.
