after game chat bug

I don't know if this is a problem with the game or not, but sometimes, not always, after games I am unable to use the chat. The names will all be greyed out, no chat is seen. Sometimes but not always a message appears along the lines of The "You have been disconnected from chat, this will not affect your ability to join a game" or something....
