Nami Available Skins Array in Champion Select Broken

It looks like the skins array for nami has a double entry in champion select. I've noticed this for a while. During champion select both the first and the second option for skins is the "original" skin for nami. It looks as if both index 0 and 1 of the array are referencing the same skin. Possibly a loop or a pointer issue. (could even been an accidental initialization of a variable that is usually expected to be 1 greater in the situation of other champion selections.)
