Entering Cue Issues

Is anyone else having difficulties entering cue/accepting games? I'd accept a game, but it won't bring me to champ select. It would just remain on the home screen. I'm now receiving penalties for "not accepting" games, when in reality i have been but haven't been able to get to champ select.

Help?

Have you tried closing and reopening the client?

Also it's spelt queue, not cue.
