Que times

My ques are pretty messed up. I'll que, get a game in 15-30 min but when someone fails to join and i get placed back into que I wait...and wait... and wait.... repeat x 2 hours before i get bored and go do something else.

Where the hell did my game go? why did some other dumbass failing to que screw me over? What is stopping it from grabbing the same 9 people and just adding the next person in que to make a new game lobby? How am I next up for a game but after being placed back into the que its literally hours? I really doubt that no one else in my elo is getting qued before me in this time, ergo your matchmaking que system is pretty shitty.

Tl;dr: your que program sucks and you should make it suck less.
