[GAMEPLAY] Tristana E Active Won't Proc Blade Weaving

I've tested Cassio Q and W (magic damage DOTs) Urgot E (physical damage DOT) and Tristana E active (magic damage DOT). While Cassio and Urgot will proc blade weaving with their spells Tristana E active will not. However if an opponent stands next to a minion that explodes because of tristana E passive, the magic damage will apply one stack of blade weaving.

TLDR, only Tristana's E passive applies blade weaving, and the active DOT does not. Her W and R work as intended and will proc blade weaving.

Easy to recreate. Go into any game type. Put point in E. Cast E on any champion. Expected Result: proc's blade weaving Actual Result: doesn't.
