[GAMEPLAY] Nasus' Siphoning Strike (Q) ignores Jax's Counter Strike (E)

When Nasus will do full damage with siphoning strike against a jax who has counter strike active.

1. Activate Jax's counter strike
2. Activate and use Nasus' Siphoning strike on Jax before Counter strike ends.

I had this happen in a normal Blind pick game on the OCE server. went into a custom about an hour later to reproduce it and it happened then as well. Havent notice it happened with champions other than Nasus, but you tend to notice the Nasus half hitting you when you should be dodging his attacks more than other stuff.
