Random FPS drops and short freezes after last couple of patches

Like the title explains, I am having alot of random fps drops and short freezes. The game is basically unplayable and I've seen many others complain about the same problem. My fps used to be around 150 +- 20 but now it drops down to around 40 after a short freeze. The last couple of days the game even seems to cap my fps to 60 automatically aswell. FIX PLS
