Ryze

Hi I tested Ryze in a custom game today and it appears that his spells still stop his active movement. Its been twice in my experience where Riot stated a new effect would well be in affect but it failed to even work in game. The first time in my experience was the time they stated Ahri's charm would no longer work on unstoppable effects the same day i played with an ahri who stopped a malphite while he was ulting 2 to 3X in a row.

I maybe wrong but this is what happened to me today.
