it didnt give me the skin it said it added it to my loot , but i looked everwhere for it but its not there i restarted my league and it still didnt go. Plz Riot look into this plz i really want this skin

Did you use orange essence to unlock it...?

The boxes give you a shard for the skin. You can use orange essence to unlock it permanently.
