LOADING SCREEN BUGS

Playing a ranked game and i'm waiting for the loading screen for a good 5 minutes and the screen starts to slow down and eventually stops completely. I then wait for another minute and nothing happens so i start to panic and begin to close it and try to reconnect and nothing would happen. Then i finally get back into the game around 19 minutes with my team where two others had afkd as well and they all report me this needs to be fixed.
