Level Up Capsule is missing

Hello. I've leveled up today (23-24) but didn't get the capsule reward. I read through few similar threads here but found no solution except creating a ticket. So.. can I have my capsule? :)

This isn't a ticket so no one here can help you.. go to support tab and file a ticket and maybe they can help.
