Chat Size now Scales with HUD Size

I have 1080P screen, so I like having a small HUD and large chat. Since the last patch (I've tried repairing client twice), my chat size is dependent on the HUD size. Chat size should be independent of HUD size (like it has in all previous patches).

See screenshots to see how tiny my chat is even though chat is 100%.

go to league of legends game folder ..go to config, open game.cfg check on hud sections .. u will see ChatScale .. increased its number to 300.
