[Gameplay Bug 7.4] Tahm can't eat Allied Shacos

Tahm Kench can no longer eat an Allied Shaco.

No shaco bot available and no one online to test it with right now, but during the whole course of the game, I could not eat the Allied shaco, even after dying and trying in/out of combat.

Wish it was a little clearer that I was, but in every case I was definately using W on the shaco and could never eat him.

There was no indication of any cc immunity, the ability did not go on cooldown, there was no "monster cannot be devoured" like for epic monsters. It was as if he didn't exist and it occurred every time I tried to eat him in-game. This was 100% not the cast last patch so something must have changed.
