Whenever using the second "free" cast of rakan's e it will sometimes cost mana again results into very huge mana problems. This can happen if you have enough mana to do a second cast or if you dont have enough mana for a second cast you just cannot cast e again which results in many deaths. It is very inconsistent and happens sporadically but very apparent and very often.
Same problem. Now his mana is terrible and E cannot be used again when it is important
Happened in my games aswell, did some testing and found out some stuff about the bug. I have found it only happens when rakan dashes to xayah. It always works fine with other champions. Though when dashing to xayah as rakan the first cast costs double the mana and the second cast costs about half the normal cast. Even when first casting on another champion then casting on xayah its costs mana.
