[CLIENT] Chest available filter of champions does not work

Short description(skip to repro steps if you want,info is redundant): While in champ select,clicking the chest icon(which is supposed to only show champions you have a chest available for) does not do anything,regardless if you had a filter previously clicked or not: If you don't have anything selected and select chest available you see every single champion. If you DID have a role filter selected(like support for ex.) and you click the chest nothing happens.Upon deselecting you will see every single champion again though.

Reproduction steps: 1.Go into a game(tested with draft pick) 2. Click on the chest icon when selecting your champion

Expected result: Champions are filtered and only those you can earn a chest on are shown

Actual result: Nothing happens.You are shown the exact same list of champions(whether it was filtered by role or not)

P.S. Outside of the scope of this bug: Bonus points if you can allow filtering of chests to be applied on top of role filtering, i.e.:

1. Click on support icon -> only show supports
2. Click on chest icon next -> only shown supports you can earn a chest on.

P.P.S. If you really need a video please ask and I can make one,but it seems to be fairly consistent.Ive asked others and got positive response as to this happening.Bug started after the Aphelios update iirc.
