Game Broken

My mouse is working perfectly when I'm just on my laptop. When I get into league its okay. But when I get into a league game my yellow hand thingy is in the game, but when I click right click it doesn't go to the yellow hand. Instead I go to a totally random place, so I can't play the game. My mouse just doesn't work in game. Also, I would get flamed for being afk when this happens, and it is so annoying.
