SION CANT CAST Q OR R (Gameplay)

I got really fed as sion and we were winning the game until one teamfight I noticed that I couldnt cast my Q because I was cc'd so I said w/e...Later in the fight that lost us the game, i tried to ult in and my r would NOT work and While spamming and yelling, I tried hitting q and the animation would not go off and the ability wouldnt b used...Needless to say we lost because I was useless...I dont know the cause it might be from dying while cc'd as sion but IDK...All i know is The losing streak continues after a game that was a very easy win.

Same Here! For me, the bug occured in Midgame after Using Zz'Rot Portal and dying shortly after. After revival i wanted to cast my R due to a Teamfight going on. But it just woudn't activate. The Spell icon didn't look like after casting a spell, had no cooldown and so on. there neither was a visual sign of ability activation, nor an audio sign. I was lucky that my team was able to win with only half a sion, but it still was Pretty annoying. I havn't been able to recreate the situation though.
