[Gameplay] EUW Cannot ban Kindred in some games

Had a game earlier today where our teams first pick said that he tried to ban Kindred but was unable to do it and just thought enemy players do not have it, however enemy team picked Kindred later. I dismissed this as some failure from the player or one time bug but on my last game tonight same happened to me. Kindred wasn't listed on the champions when i was banning so instead i banned something else and to my suprise, enemy team first picked Kindred after that. Has any1 else experienced similar problem?
