Cannot connect to server

Somehow league of legends showed me a message saying my firewall might be the problem why i can't play, but I turned the firewall off still will not let me play at all. It showed up in my match history that i left 2 games already and it is really bugging me. Not only PvP and P v bots even custom wont work please fix this problem thks.
