[CLIENT] My client doesn't load when i click Play on launcher

Hello Riot Games and League Community i have a bug concerning the client when i click play on launcher the league client start but takes time to start (stay like this for a while : https://puu.sh/xxSMj/c3b1025776.png) and after it finish loading this it becomes like this and stucked in this screen https://puu.sh/xxSKx/f5422039b3.png so what do i do ?
