[GAMEPLAY] Tiamat and Hydras don't work with Mordekaiser Q

Okay so playing mordekaiser i've found a Bug which occurs with Tiamat and related items. The passive does not always apply on Mordekaiser's boosted by Q auto-attacks. This is how i did noticed the Bug. It appears frequently in my games. How to reproduce it :

  1. Play mordekaiser
  2. Buy tiamat/ one of the hydras
  3. Attack with your Q-spell enable

This doesn't occur every time (I tried in sand box and couldn't reproduce the bug, but the video shows it really well)

Its actully ALOT OLDER than you trought we know this from a year at least.. There is some videos that say it but not directly so...RIOT SHOUD FINNALY FIX SOMETHING ABOUT MY BUDDY...

This bug exists since his rework, two years ago. At this point it might as well be considered intended, sadly.
