I keep getting out dated codes when trying to confirm my phone number for clash

So basically, the first time i requested a code to verift my phone number for clash, i didnt get a code. The next time i requested a code, they sent me the one that i requested last time, and it said that my code was invalid. I tried again a couple more times and it kept sending me the second to last one i requested, causing me to be unable to verify my SMS. Anyone else having this problem? Or can anyone help me with this? Im OCE/New Zealand if it matters.
