Wrongfully punished

I connected and bought items and walked to lane and minions spawned. My internet went out for exactly 1 minute and I reconnected to my team remaking, the game ending and me getting a leaver buster. I shouldn't have been remade, considering others connect, don't move from base and it doesn't alow us to remake. Why did it allow them to remake my game?
