Familar Foes Quest not counting all views

I watched all 5 of the matches on LEC today, but I was only rewarded for 3 of them. I had the volume low due to my wife having the flu, but it wasn't muted. I know some view reward things have to have the volume un-muted for it to work. Is there a limit on how low the volume can be for this or is this just a tempermental thing like I know Twitch drops can be sometimes?
