Client bug

So i decided to play ranked game, and after i clicked on accept, to enter the ranked game, my whole client went black, and only thing i could do was leave, and i waited for a minute or two. I clicked on x and exited the game, after i reentered the game,i got penalty and lost ranked points, can i get those points back?
