[UNSURE] Tooltip for Alistar's R (Unbreakable Will) is not up to date

Hi,

Remember patch 6.10? The tool-tip for Alistar's ultimate upon leveling up to 2 or 3 has not been updated to properly reflect the increase in damage reduction Alistar gets upon leveling the ability up last I saw. If I get the time this morning, I will check it out in a bot game to confirm that this is still the case. (And I confirmed this is the case when leveling up from level 2 to level 3.)

(As you may recall, the damage reduction Alistar receives as of that patch was reduced from 70% at all levels to 50%/60%/70% at levels 1/2/3 respectively. The tooltip when putting the mouse over the ability for leveling up from level 2 to 3 at least (presumably identical from level 1 to level 2) only shows the increase in attack damage and lower cooldown, but NOT the increase in damage reduction. Unfortunately, I was having troubles taking screenshots this morning.)

Also, I am not sure this is even the right place for my topic. Should I have opened a ticket instead?
