why do i have a 5 game 20mins ban, this is your servers fault riot!

can u guys fix this problem im not going to play any games until fix my 5 games 20 mins ban which isn't my fault is gone. I have a link I sent so yall know its your fault (riot), cause your server had problems and for this I and many players as well had a ban also.
