Network Problem Error

After recent patch when trying to load into game my computer screen goes black and I get an error that pops up "Network Problem". It then freezes up my whole computer forcing a hard reset to fix it. Never happened on my computer before and I tried to repair game files. I also have working internet. Can't get into any games.
