This issue has been plaguing me for too long now. My runepages will not be selectable, and I will not be able to create them, as when I click to create a page, it always points be back at a default page. The only way to recover my runes is to dodge the game and keep re-launching until my runes are there. Why should I be forced to either play with default runepages or dodge a game and have to wait for 5/12/20 minutes because of a bug? It's starting to become extremely annoying.

So called friend fixed the problem by following these steps;

First, click on the Start Button and type in regedit and hit Enter.
Navigate through HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE - SYSTEM - CurrentControlSet - services - TCPIP6 - Parameters.
Right click on Parameters and select New and then DWORD (32-bit) Value.
Name the new value DisabledComponents and hit Enter.
Now right click on the new DisabledComponents value you just created and select Modify.
Set the value of DisabledComponents to FF and click OK.

After a reboot IPv6 will be disabled successfully. Switch to Public DNS following this guide.
