DirectX error

So. I'm pissed. i just built this brand new computer today. intel i5 and a GT 1030 2gb graphics card 8 gb ram windows 10 nothing special. so to the point league opens, I can go to the menu but when it gets to the loading screen it goes black and flashes in and out and then finally end with a directX error. Now I've looked online for all sorts of fixes, I uninstalled the game, the graphics card, directX, changed the registery the whole sh-bang and it still does the same shit, but it plays skyrim and fortnite just fine so its your god damn game and your hack job software. you want my money right? well if i cant play you can fuck yourselves. if anyone has any actual advise that could help that would be great. otherwise, Riot, what the fuck is your problem? stop smoking crack and watching gay tentacle porn and make your game compatible with the literal basic gaming pc.
