No HUD or Map in game bug

So i went into a normal game hoping to practice Kalista, champion select and loading screen was fine but when i get into the game i notice that the HUD (where all of you abilities item are shown) was missing. At first the map seemed to be almost fine subtract the little overlay. I go into the settings, interface and increase the HUD scale hoping that would make it reappear but instead it gets rid of my map as well.

When i tried to replicate the bug in a custom game everything was fine.
