No particle effect on hit on eternum nocturne skin

This is my first post so tibbers with me. Anyways I play a lot of Nocturne and I love using his Eternum skin, what I like abt it is his on hit ultimate, its like he embraces his enemies. Few patches ago I noticed that his eternum ult doesnt have the particles anymore. So yeah thats it all, I dont know if anyone else noticed it. Idk.if someone can go look into it and explain.
