I received 2 shards for getting s grade on a champ to forge lvl 6 it says 2 shards and perm champ...I have all this but it tells me something is missing and won't upgrade, can anyone explain/help?
P.S looking for good euw players for ranked.

You need blue essence or a champion shard of it i think
Ok You need either blue essesnce, Champ shard for the Champ or a Champ Permentant. The Fact that you already have the champion unlocked does not count a champ permentant. A permenant is created when You fuse 3 shards together. IF you have the champ already it turns into a permenant. If you don't then you automatically unlock the champion. So basically what you want to do is ignore that and buy chamion shards for 1700 in the store and then sell the shards for blue essesnce
