Keybindings stop working

Basically at random times after loading into a game the keybindings decide to just not work. Trying to use my key bind to center camera, use skills, etc. Simply do not work. I can still type messages fine but I can't really play as all my key binds do NOTHING. This is really frustrating cause I can't predict when it will happen. Some games I load in fine and everything works, next game it decides that nope it's not gonna let me use my key bindings. Only work around seems to be to close the entire client, load it up again and hope it works. Sometimes I have to quit out and restart like seven or eight times before it decides to work again, and even then sometimes it just decides that after a regular game where everything worked that my next game will not work again.
