North America unavailable 5.1 patch?

So I'm trying to update and every other server works but North America server says unavailable and overtime I update I get the grey un-clickable launch button. Anyone else having this issue? Anyone know why?

I am having this issue as well. No idea what's going on. They seriously need to update their Service Status portal to make it 1) accurate and 2) easily accessible without having to click three different links.

The NA server is down..its on Service Status portal...bottom link explicitly states that the servers were brought down at 3 am PST and will remain offline for about 6 hours, any games that were in progress when the servers went down were ended in draws and had no stats recorded.
