So, Lately after April fools, i haven't been getting my IP that it says that i have been getting. And once it started appearing, It disappearing as if i was buying lots of lower champs, but i haven't been. so i looked on my purchase history and it said i bought ap runes witch i have never done, Then last night (April 3rd i had just over 600 RP from my last skin purchase and i logged on today (April 4th)to see i have 100 rp. And it says i never bought anything. And i dont think i was hacked, but i could have been

If you find purchases you did not make, then someone else was probably on your account. In that case you'll want to change your password and notify player support through a ticket, and visit the Protecting Your Account and Recovering Your Account articles for more info.

If you are just losing IP slowly, it's probably a known visual bug where your IP simply isn't updating properly in the new client, and it disappears slowly as it registers old purchases. If you open up the old client and make a purchase with the incorrect value currency it should update properly, or you can submit a ticket for further help.
